A monthly fee you can plan around.

Work with our Colombian team (UTC−5) through a dedicated seat: the same modeler on your projects every month, for a fixed fee. For a single area, we quote a fixed package. Package prices are confirmed in writing after a 20-minute scoping call.

  • One modeler on your projects, 160 hours a month

  • Unused hours roll over one month (up to 20%)

Coordinated electrical room

Quoted per project, with a not-to-exceed cap.

  • Room, feeders and the conduit and tray around it
  • Clashes resolved, issues closed
  • Plans and elevations dimensioned from control lines

Your first room can be a paid pilot: USD 1,500, fixed.

Quoted per project, with a not-to-exceed cap.

  • One typical level: RCP, slab and in-slab, corridors, units
  • Coordinated with the other trades
  • Installation checklist signed

How we price

  • Before we start: here's the scope, the date and the maximum cost. A not-to-exceed cap is agreed on every package.
  • Indicative quote within two business days of receiving drawings or models.
  • Tolerances, LOD and review rounds agreed in writing before kick-off. Two review rounds included per delivery.
  • Weekly check-in: a short report every week with what is done, open and blocked.
  • Design changes from the engineer of record or the GC are quoted before we start them.
  • Rush delivery: quoted separately, before we start.
  • Billing: seat invoiced at the start of each month; packages 50% at kick-off and 50% on delivery. In USD, invoiced from Colombia as an export of services.

Why a monthly seat

A dedicated seat keeps the same person on your projects and removes hour-by-hour approvals. You see the timesheet every month; you don't have to approve every hour.
