Coordinated Revit model, clash report, issues logged in your CDE and installation sheets for that room.
Before we start
- Here's the scope, the date and the maximum cost, in writing.
- Tolerances and LOD agreed before kick-off.
- Two review rounds included.
- A short check-in every week.
- Indicative quote within two business days of receiving your drawings.
Acceptance checklist
We agree on this list with you before we start. The pilot is done when every item passes.
- All electrical elements in scope are modeled.
- No open hard clashes with other trades in the area, or each one has a logged issue.
- Working clearances around equipment are kept.
- Sheets use your title block and standards.
- Every sheet is dimensioned from control lines for install.
What happens next
If you like the result, we continue with a dedicated seat on a monthly fee, or by package. If not, you keep the model and the sheets you paid for.
