A small electrical BIM team, on purpose.

Why electrical only

Electrical scope changes a lot during construction, and good coordination avoids rework in the field. Doing one trade lets us know it well: codes, clearances, how crews install, and what a foreman needs on a sheet.

Why a small team

You talk to the people who model. The same team stays on your project from the first model to the last revision, so nobody has to learn your project twice. The founder reviews every delivery.

Why Colombia

Colombia is on UTC−5 all year: the same office hours as Miami in winter, one hour behind in summer. We are on your calls during your working day, and many of us speak Spanish with your field crews.
