Process

How we work with your team.

Our team works from Colombia (UTC−5), Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00. Same people from start to finish, a weekly report, and nothing leaves our team without a check.

Kick-off

We review drawings, models, template and standards with you. We agree on scope, dates, LOD and the acceptance checklist, in writing.

Weekly cycle

Model, coordinate, log issues, fix. Every week you get a short report: done, open, blocked by another trade.

Delivery

Each delivery goes through our checks and the installation checklist before it reaches you. Revisions are tracked sheet by sheet.

Quality control

Every model goes through automated checks before review: our in-house pyRevit scripts verify naming, worksets, circuit data and clearances. Then the modeler who built it signs off, and the founder reviews the delivery.

Where software helps, and where people decide

Tools like Revit, Navisworks and the new routing tools speed up geometry. Coordination is still people: deciding what moves when two systems clash, closing issues with your GC, reading a markup that is not clear, spotting what is missing in the design. That is the part we sell. If you adopt a new tool, we work inside it, to your standards.

Communication

  • One contact on our side who knows your project.
  • Email, Teams or your CDE. Calls in English.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 Colombia time (UTC−5).
  • We reply the same business day.
  • If we find a problem, you'll hear it from us first — that day.
  • After every call, we confirm what we agreed in writing.

Security and confidentiality

  • We sign your NDA, or ours, before we receive any file.
  • We work inside your ACC or Procore.
  • Large files travel by link, never by email attachment.
  • When the project ends, we return or delete your files as agreed in the contract.

We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification.

Contracts and billing

  • Contract in English (or Spanish for Spain).
  • Monthly seat or fixed package, in USD or EUR.
  • Arqly S.A.S. is a registered company in Colombia (NIT 901.756.547-1). We invoice as an export of services.
