ServiceElectrical installation drawings your foremen can build from.
Our team in Colombia (UTC−5) turns the coordinated Revit model into dimensioned sheets for the field, on your title block and to your standards. Every set is checked against an installation checklist before it leaves our team.
Types of drawings
- Reflected ceiling plans (RCP) with devices and conduit.
- Slab and in-slab conduit layouts, floor boxes and stub-ups.
- Corridor and typical unit layouts.
- Cable tray layouts and sections.
- Electrical room plans and elevations.
- Sleeve and penetration drawings for slabs and walls.
- BDA and low-voltage pathway layouts.
- Coordination sheets for sign-off with other trades.
Dimensions come from the project control lines, so the field can lay out without guessing.
How we work
Drawings come from the coordinated model, not from a separate CAD file, so a change in the model is a change on the sheet. Every sheet carries a revision, and every revision has a short note that says what changed.
Before each submittal we run an installation checklist: devices, in-slab conduits, floor boxes, feeders, BDA, dimensions from control lines, tags and title block. The modeler who drew the set signs it.
We draft under the direction of your engineer of record. Design changes come from them; we draw them and track them.
What we need from you
- The coordinated model, or we build it first with our coordination service.
- Your title block and sheet standards.
- Field feedback after the first sheets, so we adjust to how your crews read them.
